Tasks

-Compiling and coordinating plans, specifications, cost estimates, and pay items -Manage and maintain project documentation -Developing detailed designs of urban and rural roadways from preliminary to final design -Collaborating with team members, communities, and stakeholders to define data needs, project requirements, and outputs or to develop applications -Supporting studies and alternative analysis to determine best solutions to meet compliance and client goals -Contribute to proposal development -Managing small projects and project tasks and assisting Project Managers in overall large project delivery -Working with various disciplines and reviewers to ensure complete, accurate, and high quality deliverables

What You Bring

-Experience working with Local and State public agency clients (Public Works, DOTs, etc.) -Project experience in transportation engineering design (preferred) -Ability to work and collaborate in a team environment on challenging projects -Proficient at using Microstation Open Roads Designer and/or AutoCAD Civil 3D design software -Ability to communicate effectively -Excellent verbal and written communication skills -Professional Engineer license or ability to obtain upon hire (preferred) -Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering, or higher, is required -Ability to develop task deliverables in a complete and timely manner
