Tasks
-Carrying out and documentation of Calibration of measuring instruments and process validations, fixture validations. -Implementation of new tools and techniques to reduce the assembly time. -Handling and coordinating the equipment purchases, automation and digitalization projects, Future lab projects. -Sets processes which are safe and result oriented with best quality. -Drives/guides people from project team to achieve common goal. -Generate ideas through 3i and implement to generate savings. -Lead in energy saving activities, EnMS audits and related documentation. -Maintaining and updating MSDS of substances used in production. -Coordination of building maintenance with SRE. -Interna audits and documentation -Drives cost out projects. -Generate VAM savings through improvements -Assist Process planning in introduction of new products and technologies. -Leads and maintains project timelines. -Maintaining the laid down processes and its documentation. -Improve existing processes through automation / digitalization -Capacity calculations, line balancing and line design. -Designing and coordinating automation/digital transformation initiatives -Explores opportunities and creates project proposals for automation/digitalization. -Conduct KAIZEN workshops and brainstorming sessions to generate improvement ideas. -Trains people to achieve expected results. -Manages project financial goals and related documentation.
