The Role

Overview

Install, maintain, and troubleshoot wireless towers up to 300 ft, traveling nationwide.

Tasks

-Operate rigging and hoisting equipment and ensure safe lifting practices. -Climb communication towers and perform installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting at elevations exceeding 300 feet. -Interpret and work from construction drawings, blueprints, and scopes of work. -Maintain tools and equipment in safe and working conditions. -Maintain clear communication with project managers, foremen, and field supervisors. -Install antennas, coax, fiber, mounts, grounding, and other wireless equipment. -Follow all OSHA, industry, and company safety guidelines and ensure crew compliance. -Complete job site documentation, including photos, safety checklists, and close-out reports.

What You Bring

-Strong communication and team collaboration skills. -Experience testing and splicing fiber optic cable. -Equipment certifications (crane, lift, skid loader, etc.). -Must be able to travel Nationwide for extended periods (70% or more of the time, including overnights). -Excellent mechanical aptitude and use of hand/power tools. -Ability to lift up to 75 lbs. and work long shifts on remote job sites. -Proficiency in RF and LTE technology installation and troubleshooting. -Must pass a pre-employment drug screening and background check. -Valid driver’s license with no history of DUI or major traffic violations. -Comfortable working at heights and in extreme environmental conditions (wind, heat, cold, rain). -OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 Certification -NWSA or equivalent tower climbing certification. -Familiarity with industry-standard test equipment (Anritsu, PIM, sweep testing). -First Aid/CPR Certification -Ability to obtain a Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) within a defined timeframe.
