Tasks

-Model Coordination and Quality Control check -Assist the BIM Manager in executing BIM-related activities -Conduct regular model health checks for the Landscape discipline -Facilitate communication among stakeholders to address inconsistencies and ensure seamless integration. -Identify conflicts, incomplete or ambiguous design information -Conduct regular coordination meetings to communicate updates and resolve issues. -Create and maintain BIM models for project-specific requirements -Maintain up-to-date BIM project documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance with industry standards. -Escalate any deliverables issue with BIM manager or BIM Lead -Provide technical support for BIM software applications (e.g., Revit, Navisworks). -Develop schematic and detailed level BIM models and drawings -Ensure compliance with BIM standards and protocols -Train team members on best practices for BIM workflows and tools.. -Serve as "Model Administrator" for assigned projects -Develop and enforce project-specific BIM standards, workflows, and documentation.

Join us in shaping the future of digital construction and take your career to the next level as our BIM Coordinator. -Education: Bachelor's or master’s degree in architecture, Civil Engineering, Landscape Architecture, or a related field. -Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills to manage workflows and collaborate effectively with diverse teams. -Practical experience in coordinating BIM processes across multiple disciplines within construction projects. -At least 3-5 years of experience in BIM modelling and coordination using tools like Revit, Navisworks, or similar software. -BIM Standards and Documentation -Familiarity with BIM standards such as ISO 19650 or CIC guidelines and experience implementing them in projects. -Proficiency in relevant BIM tools and platforms (Revit, Navisworks, Civil 3D, Rhino, Grasshopper, etc.).
