Manage parts receipt, inventory, and distribution to support manufacturing operations

Tasks
-Procurement and supplier coordination -Prepare boxes and kits required for weekly or annual maintenance shutdowns. -Maintain a structured, clean, and safe work environment. -Prepare purchase requisitions and quotation requests for standard or custom parts. -Conduct weekly cycle counts and participate in the annual physical inventory. -Collaborate closely with maintenance, production, and procurement teams. -Actively participate in the company’s quality and continuous improvement culture. -Monitor and maintain optimal inventory levels to guarantee uninterrupted supply. -Inspect repaired or newly received parts for compliance with specifications. -Respond to internal departments for part searches, distribution of parts, and returns. -Contribute to the optimization of stock management and traceability processes. -Receiving and validating goods -Operate a forklift to safely receive, handle, and store parts. -Verify the conformity of deliveries according to purchase orders and technical drawings (quantity, dimensions, specifications). -Warehouse organization and inventory management -Coordinate with suppliers for repairs, returns, and delivery follow-ups. -Perform the physical and system-based reception of parts in the ERP (Microsoft Dynamics AX). -Ensure proper identification, labeling, and classification of all parts.

What You Bring
-Strong sense of organization, accuracy, and attention to detail. (multitasking environment); -Bilingual (English is required in order to service our customers and suppliers based in the United States and outside Quebec); -Awesome uniforms and swag -Good physical ability; -Minimum of 5 years experience as a warehouse clerk; -Forklift certification, an asset. -Attention to detail; -Strong computer skills; -Experience with a Enterprise Resource Planning system (ERP); -Ability to work under pressure; -Good knowledge of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic parts;
