Tasks

-Work towards checking the design from cost, constructability, maintenance, and sustainability aspects -Be vigilant of advances made in the field of Architecture and take up the opportunities by attending technical seminars, workshops and impart the same technical knowledge to the entire team. -Work closely with Authority coordinator to adhere to the local authority guidelines during the design & development of the project. -Plan for and apply safety in design principles throughout all design stages of a project. -Use AI for Concept Creations and always look out for automation for design production works -Develop knowledge of local & international codes, regulations, submission requirements and constantly update the Studio Practice -Proactively take accountability for the accuracy of project documents (including but not limited to drawings, design reports, etc.) and ensure they meet client requirements and industry standards. -Create Design Pitches -Ensure a traceable record is maintained of all key design decisions including justification and approvals. -Ensure all Stakeholder value adds, and design decisions are incorporated in the workflow outcome. -Take up Research and Development of solutions/products that would enhance the studio’s performance, resolve project needs and achieve betterment of end results to client/investors and stake holders. -Promote teamwork within architectural and multi-disciplinary teams, maintaining positive moral and instilling a creative culture within the team. -Guides for teams’ design and technical excellence -Take responsibility for preparation of discipline drawings for submission to the necessary Statutory Authorities with the team. -Manage Resources within the team to suit the project needs -Build network of suppliers, contractors, and other business partnerships for project delivery. -Lead a team of Architects in concept design, CAD/BIM Technicians /Visualizers/Graphic Designers to deliver projects from feasibility till schematics and act as a Design Guardian till TOK Preparation.

What You Bring

-Demonstrated success in shaping and delivering large-scale real estate developments, including master plans, luxury mixed-use complexes, and hospitality projects. -Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture is a must -Proven ability to lead and drive concept design for landmark projects, from early ideation to fully resolved visions -The candidate must possess immense amount of Residential, Retail and mixed-use project experience. Villas, low-rise, medium and super high-rise experience is mandatory. -Deep understanding of international and local regulations, including IBC, Dubai Municipality (DM) Codes, NFPA, UDC, and other applicable standards. -Outstanding freehand sketching ability and strong conceptual thinking, with a talent for resolving complex design details. -Should have a diverse background across multiple project types, with a minimum of 3 successfully executed projects showcasing innovation and excellence. -Should have at least 20 years experience in architecture and design, with substantial exposure to the UAE market
