Communicate with employees to clarify discrepancies or missing information in claims.
Types, files, and posts ledger and general journal entries.
Maintain accurate records of all processed claims for audit and reporting purposes.
Prepare and Posting of Intercompany invoices.
Review and process employee expense claims in a timely and accurate manner, ensure all claims are supported by appropriate documentations and comply with company policies.
Maintain fixed asset register, including additions, disposals and depreciation schedules.
Posting of cash/bank receipt and perform bank reconciliation.
Assist with journal entries, account reconciliation and month-end closing activities.
Checks and verifies cost accounting and accounts payable records.

Requirements

Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
Diploma or Finance Certificate with at least 2-3 years experiences in a similar role is preferred.
Prior experience working in a multinational corporation (MNC) is preferred.
