The Role

Overview

Inspect machine parts, ensure compliance with specs, report non‑conformances, and perform quality tests.

Tasks

-Ensuring that manufactured units meet quality control procedures, engineering specifications and customer requirements. -Initiating non-conformance reports on all parts and assemblies that are not to drawing and print specifications. -Complying to HSE & Quality policy. Effectively participate in HSE and Quality programs and training as assigned -Initiating corrective action requests when conditions adverse to quality are repetitive in nature. -Performing parts inspection, drawings and prints.

What You Bring

-Proficient in Microsoft Office Tools -Have good communication and interpersonal skills -Have a Certified welding inspector, preferred -Have ability to review the mill certificate & perform the visual inspection. -Have 3 years’ experience in Quality inspection oil and gas field environment . -Have ASME, API 6A, API 17D & API16A knowledge is preferred -Have Diploma in mechanical engineering or technical discipline preferred -Have ability to read and apply established procedures. -Have ability to perform dimensional inspection. -Have ability to use Hardness Machine -Have good knowledge in FAT, Pressure test, Load test & Drift test.
