Tasks

-Manage and support Site Managers and catering teams across designated sites. -Review sales data and implement strategies to improve revenue and reduce wastage. -Oversee day-to-day catering operations ensuring compliance with food safety, health & safety, and company standards. -Conduct regular site visits, performance reviews, and coaching sessions. -Oversee recruitment for vacant roles and ensure adequate cover for sickness and holidays. -Ensure accurate reporting and forecasting. -Support staff development and succession planning. -Ensure effective communication and engagement within teams. -Drive continuous improvement initiatives. -Handle escalations and maintain strong client partnerships. -Manage budgets and cost controls for all sites. -Act as the main point of contact for clients across sites. -To lead and manage catering operations across multiple sites, ensuring high standards of food quality, service delivery, compliance, and financial performance. The Area Manager will act as the key link between site teams and senior management, driving operational excellence and client satisfaction. -Work closely with HR to manage employee relations issues. -Attend client meetings and provide operational updates. -Schedule and deliver training programs (e.g., food safety, Spoonfed system). -Monitor audits and implement corrective actions promptly.
