Tasks

-Drive continuous improvement initiatives across plant processes and systems -Manage and develop plant personnel through coaching and performance feedback -Lead daily operations to ensure safety, quality, and production goals are met -Ensure compliance with environmental, health, and safety regulations -Oversee maintenance planning and execution to maximize equipment reliability
