Tasks
-Supervise accounts receivable operations, including invoicing, collections, and customer account reconciliations -Manage and oversee weekly payroll processing, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely reporting -Support preparation of financial statements and internal reporting packages -Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts, ensuring integrity and accuracy of financial data -Provide support during audits and assist with documentation requests -Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve accounting workflows and internal controls -Ensure compliance with GAAP, company policies, and regulatory requirements -Assist in monthly, quarterly, and year-end close processes

What You Bring
-5+ years of progressive accounting experience, including payroll and AR -Strong understanding of GAAP and internal control frameworks -Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, Oracle) and Excel -Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA preferred) -Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment -Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
