Tasks

-Build systems that scale: everything you create should help us move from $10M → $50M → $100M in ARR. -Own RevOps end-to-end: design, build, and optimize enterprise sales processes from lead to close. -Proactively identify inefficiencies: analyze the funnel to surface bottlenecks and deploy fixes fast. -Drive accountability: hold AEs and SDRs to their metrics; use data to coach, challenge, and push for excellence. -Partner with leadership: collaborate daily with the VP of Sales, CFO, and CEO; provide the insights that shape board-level decisions. -Work directly with the founders and exec team on the next phase of Cyvl’s hypergrowth. -Incentivize performance: create and manage comp plans that motivate, reward, and scale with our growth. -Command HubSpot: automate workflows, manage data integrity, track performance, and enforce process discipline. -Learn how a top-tier startup operates from the inside — fundraising, scaling, and winning enterprise deals.

What You Bring

-Deep HubSpot knowledge — workflows, reporting, automation, and data management. -Experience designing comp plans and incentive models. -3–6 years of experience in Sales Ops / RevOps / BizOps (enterprise SaaS or GovTech preferred). -Entrepreneurial DNA — you want to learn, build, and eventually start something of your own. -Analytical horsepower — you love data, dashboards, and finding the signal in the noise. -Ability to command respect from sales reps and leadership alike.
