What You Bring

-Ability to develop and maintain project schedules. -Contract and subcontract knowledge and experience. -Highly organized and skilled in time management -Ability to work with and manage design teams. -Knowledge, understanding, and execution of turnkey projects. -Ability to create, prioritize and maintain project action item list. -Ability to improve subcontractor inefficiencies. -Project Management Professional (PMP) certified -Excellent verbal and written communication skills -Contingency planning expertise and knowledge -Ability to manage safe work environment and program which includes but not limited to job site safety analysis, rigging plans, environmental risk planning, job audits, confined space programs and lock and tag procedures. -Strong customer service knowledge. -Working knowledge of NEC, NFPA 70E, ANSI, NETA, NERC/FERC, NESC -Minimum of five (5) years of project management experience -Ability to maintain daily/weekly progress reports. -Knowledge and Experience in Electrical SWGR / Power Distribution, Power System Engineering, Automation, and Controls. -BS or AS in civil, mechanical, electrical, or structural engineering from an accredited institution or equivalent experience. -OSHA 30 Certification -Ability to manage subcontractor budgets. -Eaton will not consider applicants for employment immigration sponsorship or support for this position. This means that Eaton will not support any CPT, OPT, or STEM OPT plans, F-1 to H-1B, H-1B cap registration, O-1, E-3, TN status, I-485 job portability, etc. -Knowledge and skills to manage project scope changes. -Document control experience and expertise. -Must be located in CA, WA, OR, AZ, NV,UT, CO, ID for the West Region or NC, SC, FL, GA, TN or KY for the Southeast Region to be considered, no relocation offered. -Ability to maintain accurate as-built documentation and punch-lists. -Experience with Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project Scheduling software -Background in construction -Ability to implement project financial controls. -Strong computer skills – SharePoint, OneNote, Excel, Word, PowerPoint
