Overview

Implement and manage Acumatica MRP system for manufacturing processes

Tasks

-Developing and managing project plans, timelines. -Ensuring data integrity within the MRP system. -Collaborating with cross-functional teams (e.g. customer service, operations, procurement). -Support, comply with and ensure complicity with Health & Safety regulations, the Company Handbook, Quality and Environmental standards, and all other Company policies and procedures -Interface with responsible managers to implement production schedules -Recommending and implementing improvements to enhance system efficiency and effectiveness. -Develop and deliver training materials and sessions for users. -Ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project goals. -Develop and document system configurations. -Develop reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs). -Identifying opportunities to optimize business processes and workflows. -Provide technical expertise to the team -Providing ongoing support and guidance to users on system functionality and best practices. -Acting as a subject matter expert on the MRP system. -Troubleshooting and resolving system issues. -Configure and customize the MRP system to meet specific business requirements. -Liaise and communicate with other departments and ensure an effective interface is maintained -Work with consultants to: -Responsible for training of support roles within the team that are required to use Acumatica.

What You Bring

-Excellent problem-solving skills -Self-directed and self-driven, requiring minimal supervision -Excellent organizational skills -Solid understanding of all people related processes and procedures -Is self-aware, resilient, assertive and open to change -Ability to manage a wide variety of activities at the same time -Ability to plan, analyze and challenge -3 – 5 years working with MRP (SAP, JDEdwards), experience, experience with Acumatica a plus. Previous experience implementing an MRP system a plus. Supply chain, planning and experience in a manufacturing environment required.
