Tasks

Cooperates with: Software, Engineering, Sales, Accounting, IT -Metrics and Reporting: Define success metrics, track progress, and communicate results to stakeholders regularly. -Stakeholder Collaboration: Engage with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders, developers, and customers, to gather requirements and feedback. -Agile Practices: Work collaboratively with Scrum teams to ensure smooth and efficient delivery of value-driven increments, following Agile principles. -Backlog Management: Create, prioritize, and maintain the product backlog in Azure DevOps (ADO), ensuring stories are clear, actionable, and aligned with the team's sprint goals. -Salesforce Integration: Leverage Salesforce (if applicable) for enhancing CRM capabilities and integrating solutions into broader organizational workflows. -Product Ownership: Define and communicate the product vision, roadmap, and goals, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives. -Digital Solutions Expertise: Collaborate in the design, development, and deployment of digital tools and products that enhance sustainability and operational efficiency.

What You Bring

Primary Responsibility: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Product Owner to lead the development of digital solutions that align with our company's goals. -Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Product Owner, preferably in manufacturing or environmental solutions. -Experience with digital product development and solution delivery. -Experience working in a fast-paced, Agile environment. -Expertise in using Azure DevOps (ADO) for backlog and sprint management. -Proficiency in Agile frameworks, including Scrum and Kanban. -Salesforce knowledge or certification is a strong advantage. -Certifications: Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or equivalent Product Owner certification is required. -Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders effectively. -Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Environmental Science, or related fields. -Knowledge of environmental manufacturing processes and sustainability practices. -Strong communication and collaboration skills.
