Tasks

-Develop and implement a robust Supply Chain Management (SCM) strategy aligned with business goals and sustainability objectives. -Lead a Strategic Supplier Management Programme, driving performance and continuous improvement. -Identify opportunities for cost savings and value creation through pipeline consolidation. -Collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver a category-led approach to supply chain and subcontractor relationship management. -Champion the use of digital tools for analytics and reporting. -Communicate key updates and initiatives through a clear and engaging strategy. -Build and maintain a preferred subcontractor network, ensuring compliance and engagement across the business.

What You Bring

-A pragmatic, customer-focused problem solver with excellent communication skills. -Proficiency in Microsoft Office and confident presentation abilities. -Experience in Category Management and subcontractor engagement. -A relevant business degree or equivalent experience (preferred). -Strong stakeholder management and people leadership skills. -Proven track record in negotiation, influencing, and exceeding targets.
