Senior Recruiter leads full-cycle hiring for technical engineering roles at TerraPower.

Tasks

-Support hiring events, including travel and booth support -Contribute to new hire onboarding -Source and engage with high-caliber candidates through a variety of channels -Update and maintain various reporting mechanisms. -Partner with and provide coaching to client group to define hiring needs, align on candidate profiles and build an efficient client-focused recruiting strategy. -Be responsible for full-cycle recruitment process, including administration of requisition and candidate workflow with high level of autonomy -Ensure candidate records, job postings and candidate and future employee files are current and correct in various systems -Conduct behavioral based interviews and support technical interviews to determine candidate qualification for role -Provide load-balancing and back-up support across all functions -Maintain detailed and frequent communication and reporting for hiring managers and stakeholders on the topics of candidate and position status -Schedule interviews and candidate activities. -Source candidate pipelines across various candidate generation platforms -Assist with coordination of other team activities as needed. -Prepare offers for approval; conduct offer negotiation and successful close

What You Bring

-Prior, successful experience partnering with distributed teams -Motor Abilities: Sitting and/or standing for extended periods, bending/stooping, grasping/gripping, fine motor control (hands) -Significant experience with candidate workflow administration within various Applicant Tracking Systems -Special Senses: Visual and audio focused work -Must possess a high degree of trust and integrity, communicate openly and display respect, and a desire to foster teamwork. -Ability to effectively prioritize and navigate during occasional periods of ambiguity -Foster positive candidate and Hiring Manager experience -Strong candidate sourcing and pipelining skills -Work Conditions: Stairs, typing/keyboard, standard and/or sitting working environment of >8 hrs./day -Superb customer focus and collaboration skill with attention to detail and high degree of organization -Strong preference for recent recruiting experience in a fast-paced, production environment -Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel -Understanding of OFCCP and other compliance regulations -Strong attention to detail, oral and written communication proficiency -Physical exertion and/or requirements: Minimal, with ability to safely lift up to 25 pounds -Travel required: 0-10% -Strong communication skills desired -Minimum of 5 years of recruiting experience with strong preference for recruiting infirst-of-a-kind, highly technical engineering/energy/nuclear space
