Overview

Administer logistics data, records and support for Stores/Compounds at Hinkley Point C.

Tasks

-Ensuring accurate data entry, extraction, and maintenance to facilitate audit readiness. Maintain accurate records of Stores and Compounds activities. -Provide administrative support to the Stores and Compound Managers. -Produce various reports as requested by the Stores and Compounds Lead. -Communicate with procurement and suppliers as required. -Assist in the management of onsite/offsite bookings for vehicle movements via a Delivery Management System.

What You Bring

-Ability to think and act quickly under pressure. -You must be able to obtain the HPC pass. -Strong written and verbal communication skills. -Proficient in IT, with a solid working knowledge of all Microsoft Office applications. -Previous experience of working in administrative roles. -Average of 39 hours per week working, Monday to Friday -The site is located remotely and a bus journey of 45 minutes each way is required to gain access. -CITB HS&E Operative test (must be completed before start date) -You must be able to provide a 3-year work history and required vetting process in line with HPC protocols. -Understanding of equality and diversity principles regarding the needs of visitors and colleagues.
