Assist warehouse supervisor with SAP transactions, receiving, issuing, and inventory tasks

Tasks

-Responsible for providing weekly relief for answering all incoming calls, per established schedule, as well as on an ‘as needed’ basis. -Assist Warehouse supervisor in providing a high level of competencies within all job functions in the department. -Responsible for familiarization of SAP transactions related to receiving/unreceiving, issuing/un issuing and bin location assignment. -Responsible for assisting the Warehouse supervisor in obtaining production schedule information planning department, and to schedule resources for picking and issuing material. -Participate in Company Safety Program through safety meetings, audits, following good safe work practices and maintaining a safety and clean work environment. -Observe all safety rules, procedures, and OSHA regulations. -Participate and add value as a member of the warehouse Department. -Engages in effective communication within and across all departments.
