Overview

Oversee P&L, lead sales & operations, drive growth for USS in a region.

Tasks

-Collaborate with the Regional Senior Vice President to develop and implement standard practices and efficiency recommendations. -Spearhead employee development initiatives and conduct regular performance reviews, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth. -Lead an exceptional team of high-performing operations and sales professionals, strategically guiding them to surpass targets and excel within the designated geography. -Analyze and report on sales and operational activities to meet objectives and profitability goals. -Create a strategic plan focused on maximizing growth and productivity in line with the overall growth strategy of USS. -Supervise the administration of the company's safety program. -Supervise daily activities, allocate performance objectives, and verify their achievement -Ensure DOT compliance. -Recommend measures to improve operational practices and the quality of customer care. -Adhere to USS standards for excellence, quality, and customer satisfaction. -Manage and coordinate sales and operational activity for assigned locations. -Provide leadership, training, and development to the team. -Work with various departments to resolve customer service issues. -Cultivate a positive, inclusive, and safety-centric work environment characterized by mutual respect, open communication, and collaboration.

What You Bring

-Excellent written and verbal communication skills -Experience managing a budget -Time Management -Knowledge of proper cleaning, repair, service, and maintenance of those assets -Computer knowledge (Navision, Microsoft Office & routing/logistics software) -Effective Communication -Have experience with multi-stop routing systems & dispatch procedures -Knowledge of all company assets in inventory -Valid Driver License -Decision Making and Problem Solving -Knowledge of financial statements
