This is ideal for an Employment Lawyer or Associate with strong academics and around 2–4 years’ PAE from a highly regarded firm, who enjoys working on challenging and meaningful matters in a team that’s collegiate, well-balanced, and serious about developing its Lawyers.
You’ll work closely with two dynamic and technically excellent Partners who are known for their down-to-earth approach and strong investment in junior development. One brings deep expertise in employment law aspects of M&A, strategic industrial relations, and large-scale regulator investigations. The other is widely respected for her work in public sector enterprise bargaining, sensitive workplace disputes, and leadership roles in high-profile Royal Commissions.
