Tasks

As a Design Delivery Manager at Cornerstone, your primary objective is to manage and execute the design delivery and design approval process. A strong emphasis on site design knowledge is required to fulfil the role. Strong customer service is required and experience in supplier management. Your role is pivotal in ensuring that design projects are delivered efficiently while maintaining the required quality standards. You will foster strong relationships with suppliers, drive a cultural shift towards a "right first time" mentality, and contribute to Cornerstone's digital transformation initiatives related to design delivery. -Review site design drawings and documentation in terms of availability and quality. -Focus on meeting and exceeding SLAs by delivering projects within defined timeframes. -Analyse design delivery metrics and key performance indicators to identify successes, improvement areas and potential issues. -Identify opportunities for process improvements to increase design productivity without compromising quality. -Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address -Cultivate and strengthen relationships with design partners, ensuring effective collaboration and communication. -Utilise data insights to proactively intervene and resolve design issues to ensure smooth project delivery.
