Overview

Inspect machine parts, ensure quality compliance, report non‑conformances and support corrective actions.

Tasks

-Performing parts inspection, drawings and prints. -Initiating corrective action requests when conditions adverse to quality are repetitive in nature. -Initiating non-conformance reports on all parts and assemblies that are not to drawing and print specifications. -Ensuring that manufactured units meet quality control procedures, engineering specifications and customer requirements. -Complying to HSE & Quality policy. Effectively participate in HSE and Quality programs and training as assigned

What You Bring

-Have ASME, API 6A, API 17D & API16A knowledge is preferred -Have good communication and interpersonal skills -Have ability to review the mill certificate & perform the visual inspection. -Have ability to perform dimensional inspection. -Have a Certified welding inspector, preferred -Have 3 years’ experience in Quality inspection oil and gas field environment . -Have ability to use Hardness Machine -Proficient in Microsoft Office Tools -Have ability to read and apply established procedures. -Have good knowledge in FAT, Pressure test, Load test & Drift test. -Have Diploma in mechanical engineering or technical discipline preferred
