Senior Civil & Structural Engineer

Description

• Oversee project management, including resource planning, scheduling, cost control, and quality assurance of project deliverables.
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with clients and industry partners.
• Conceptualize engineering solutions and deliver projects from concept through detailed design.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, contractors, and local authorities to drive project execution, resolve technical and site issues, manage authority submissions, and supervise overall construction works.
• Perform structural analysis and calculations, and prepare design sketches and drawings to illustrate arrangements and design intent for various transportation structures.
• Carry out design and independent review of civil and structural engineering submissions.

Requirements

• Strong technical foundation in both concept and detailed design.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, including hands-on structural design.
• Bachelor’s degree in civil / Structural Engineering or a related discipline from a university recognized by the Professional Engineers Board (PEB) of Singapore.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team to meet tight project deadlines.
• Proficient in design software such as Etabs,Safe,Sap2000, STAAD Pro, and/or Tekla.
• Experience in infrastructure projects, including external works or industrial/plant projects, will be an advantage.
