Tasks

-Scopes the damages at the site, creates an estimate on a database, and submits it to the insurance company/property management company for approval. -Calls or meets customer to ensure satisfaction and collects payment for work completed. -Visits new assignments/jobs, interfaces with the client, and sells the job. -Manages deadlines, progress, and quality on multiple projects simultaneously. -Coordinates the repairs of the property using our contractors and ensures the project gets completed to the Jenkins standard.
