Tasks

-Facilitate / Coach: Operational Excellence (OpEx) Methods and tools, Scheduling best practices, Visual Management tools, Project Performance Matrix and Tools -Lead continuous improvement processes, methods and metrics (A3, 8D, FMEA, Process Mapping) -Support Operating Unit (OU): Own and administer Master Planning System (MPS), ensuring data integrity, accuracy, and alignment with business objectives -Deploys knowledge management principles to ensure effective knowledge transfer and organizational learning -Interface with Global OpEx Network: Communicate OU initiatives to greater spectrum align with Master Plan actions -You are ready to join Framatome and help deliver clean, safe energy and advance nuclear technology -Effectively partners with all levels of staff and management to lead, motivate, and drive results

What You Bring

-Ability to lead, motivate, and effect change through others -Experience facilitating meetings, coaching continuous improvement initiatives, applying performance plans, and visual management techniques -Knowledge of Engineering processes, methods, and tools -Ability to unify large data sets into a single, integrated system to enhance insight and efficiency -Familiarity with project planning and resource management tools such as Microsoft Project and Primavera -Completion of a Bachelor's degree or experience in lieu of degree -Pragmatic, "System Thinker" with the ability to simplify complex topics and connect within operational context -At least 4 years of directly related experience -Excellent verbal and written communication skills -Knowledge of continuous improvement processes, methods, and metrics -Knowledge and experience utilizing LEAN problem-solving tools (A3, 8D, Process Mapping) -Knowledge of change management and ability to influence change
