QUALITY CONTROL SUPERVISOR II

Tasks

-Conduct detailed reviews of project specifications and contribute to bidding strategies -Perform cost analysis of Ready Mix and Aggregate products for design optimization -Interface with clients, engineers, and contractors to resolve quality-related issues -Maintain a detailed Quality Management System -Collaborate with sales and operations teams to support customer needs and technical inquiries -Manage Laboratory and Field Technicians, including coordination of daily sampling, testing, and reporting. -Lead and mentor the QC team to ensure compliance with industry standards and project specifications -Oversee all aspects of concrete materials testing and quality control procedures in the Boise area

What You Bring

-Experience with quality management systems and laboratory accreditation -Master’s Degree -Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills -20+ years of experience -Strong proficiency in specification review and bidding operations -Certification in ACI, ASTM, or other relevant standards -Bachelor’s Degree -Proven management experience leading technical or operational teams -Familiarity with mix design optimization and performance-based specifications -Demonstrated sales experience in the ready mix concrete industry
