Tasks

-Providing accurate financial insight and reporting to senior management -Preparation of valuations, cost reports, and project forecasts -Procurement and management of subcontractors and suppliers -Administering contracts in line with company procedures (JCT/NEC) -Supporting and mentoring junior members of the commercial team

What You Bring

-Minimum 5 years' experience as a Quantity Surveyor within a main contracting environment -Full commercial management of multiple projects from tender through to final account -Confident communicator and negotiator with a proactive, team-focused approach -Degree-qualified (BSc Quantity Surveying or equivalent) -Exposure to a variety of build types - residential, commercial, or mixed-use preferred -Strong contractual and financial acumen with excellent attention to detail
