The Role

Overview

Part-time cleaner maintaining common areas and vacant suites at Oak Hill Estates.

Tasks

-Clean vacant suites and complete suite touch-ups -Ensure proper and accurate inventory management -Clean building entrances, elevators, offices, halls, stairwells, laundry rooms, garbage rooms, amenity rooms, and other common areas -Assist with snow removal and touch-up painting as required -Ensure all equipment is working and being maintained properly

What You Bring

-Excellent time-management skills -Ability to work independently and with others in a team environment -Working knowledge of English both verbal and written -Valid driver’s license -Group RRSP matching -Strong commitment to providing excellent customer service -Own reliable vehicle -Ability to maneuver up to 90kg with the proper equipment -Familiarity with technology is an asset -Be available minimum 20 hours per week including weekends -2 years cleaning experience required -Ability to spend up to eight hours walking, standing, climbing stairs, lifting
