Tasks

-Manage, interface, and define responsibilities -Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of Java developers, providing technical guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure the successful delivery of projects. -Scope Definition: Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, requirements, and deliverables, ensuring a clear understanding of project goals.

What You Bring

-Should able to design Application Architecture, lead Architectural discussion across all Team with various departments, Fintech Partners -Worked on latest Java version Java 17+, Framework- Spring Boot, Quarkus -3+ years of hands-on experience in Product Development and Product Customization in all facets of the web and mobile application development life cycle, from requirement analysis, architecture, design, code, UAT and post-implementation revisions. -Proven track record of delivering complex Java projects on time and within budget. -Strong communication skills both written and verbal -Have working experience on Kafka, Rabbit-MQ etc -Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively. -Working knowledge of CICD pipelines. -Must have the working knowledge of Code Quality using tool like Sonar etc. -Technical Expertise: Utilize your strong Core Java knowledge and expertise to review and guide the team in writing high-quality, efficient, and scalable Java code. -Have experience of AI/ML based solution with framework like Django, Fast API etc. Agentic AI will be an advantage -Ability to prioritize and meet strict deadlines. -Strong leadership skills and ability to self-manage -Understanding of web development phases -Application development experience using Non-Structured (Mongo, Scylla, Datastore) and Structured databases (Postgres, My-SQL, MS SQL server, Oracle)
