Tasks

-Train new staff and oversee on-going training of existing employees in proper methods and use of equipment, safety practices, and regulations -Provide customer services assistance -Perform safety audits -Assists in safety programs follow-through by Branch Safety Coordinators to ensure compliance with all safety policies -Maintain service quantity and quality to client and the company -Perform daily quality control inspections -Supervise staff -Ensure area is in compliance with all State and Federal guidelines as well as company policies -Check all work on a nightly and turn in completion reports -Maintain contract specifications

What You Bring

-Experience working in parking or valet operations preferred -Be aware of the fundamentals of good personnel management, understand and use proper personnel management skills to resolve problems with personnel -Good communication skills both written and verbal -Valid Driver's License required -Experience leading a team
