Tasks

Ensure all assets are compliant, certified and used safely Conduct and record site diaries, documentation, permits and reports As an Electrical Site Supervisor, you will ensure the successful delivery of on-site installation and engineering activities. The goal is clear: deliver high-quality work, on time and within budget, while maintaining exceptional safety and compliance standards. Deliver safety inductions, ensure PPE compliance and manage workforce discipline Issue work instructions, drawings and specifications to site teams Motivate and guide teams to achieve daily and weekly targets Track productivity, conduct labour reviews and implement improvements Support cost control, variation identification and programme adherence Maintain quality assurance and zero-harm safety culture Plan labour requirements in accordance with project programmes Attend progress meetings and provide clear status updates Plan plant and equipment needs through risk assessment and project staging Requisition, control and optimise use of materials on site Verify delivery documentation and process returns for credit You will lead electrical site teams, drive productivity, manage materials and equipment efficiently, and support strong relationships with clients and subcontractors. Your leadership will help ensure projects are delivered safely, to specification and aligned with operational targets. Separate and label non-compliant materials Your expertise will help deliver essential engineering projects. You will have the autonomy to lead site operations confidently, backed by a company that champions innovation, safety and career development. Coordinate and supervise daily site operations in line with company procedures Manage returns and replacements efficiently

What You Bring

Proven experience supervising labour teams and site resources Strong organisational and problem-solving skills Effective communicator and team motivator SJIB/JIB apprenticeship or equivalent in electrical installation Excellent knowledge of Health & Safety legislation and safe systems of work Ability to identify and mitigate risks through strong safety leadership Commercial understanding and ability to support budget and productivity goals Flexible and adaptable, with a proactive approach to change Strong electrical installation and construction site experience
