Tasks

-Support troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and resolution of electrical issues in the field. -Lead and support the design, coordination, and field implementation of electrical systems including power distribution, lighting, grounding, and controls. -Interface with other disciplines (mechanical, process, controls, and instrumentation) to ensure system integration and project success. -Collaborate with internal engineering teams, construction partners, and clients to ensure all electrical work aligns with design intent, codes, and project requirements. -Manage project schedules, budgets, and technical documentation for multiple concurrent projects. -Review and approve vendor submittals, shop drawings, and field change documentation. -Drive continuous improvement of design standards, construction methods, and commissioning processes. -Provide field-based technical oversight during installation, startup, and commissioning activities. -Ensure compliance with all safety, environmental, and GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) standards.

What You Bring

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Field Engineer to support the design, installation, and commissioning of complex electrical systems within Bio-Pharmaceutical, Life Science, and Mission Critical facilities. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical expertise, field experience, and project management skills to ensure safe, compliant, and efficient project delivery from design through turnover. -Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and related electrical design tools is a plus. -Excellent communication, teamwork, and organizational skills. -Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field (PE license preferred). -Proven ability to manage the electrical scope of complex design and construction projects from concept through commissioning. -7+ years of experience in electrical engineering for Bio-Pharmaceutical, Life Science, or Mission Critical facility projects. -Strong knowledge of NEC, NFPA, IEEE, and local electrical codes. -Hands-on field experience supporting electrical installation, testing, and commissioning.
