Retail Showroom Sales Assistant - PT

Assist with showroom sales, inventory, client samples, and visual merchandising.

Tasks

-Maintain sample room inventory by ordering samples and filing replenishments. -Keeping the store fully stocked. -To support the wholesale sales team where required and assist with all visual aspects of the showroom. -Oversee the visual Merchandising of the store. -Maintain showroom collateral (marketing materials, shopping bags, supplies, etc.) -Monitor and order inventory for retail boutique. -Greeting retail clients and offering them assistance. -Handle client sample requests, both over the phone and in person. -Provide support for general showroom requests and projects. -Help maintain the showroom floor by hanging new products and removing discontinued products as needed. -Taking payments for purchases and packaging purchases. -Replenishes product inventory. -Organize and plan in-store events for clients. -Inspect shipment of new stock as they come in, checking to make sure orders have been filled correctly and looking for damage. -Assist the sales team by gathering and shipping samples to clients.

What You Bring

-Able to do some lifting (20-50lbs max). -The ability to multitask and be proactive in a fast-paced environment. -Exceptional organizational and follow-through skills. -Practice Adaptability -Knowledgeable and enthusiastic about the luxury interior design industry. -Strong verbal and written communication skills. -High level of ownership, accountability, and initiative. -1-2 years of experience working in a retail or showroom environment. -Proficiency in MS Windows and Office suite.
