The Role

Overview

Develops and manages proposal content, marketing materials, and digital updates.

Tasks

-Graphically layout text/narratives, images and other design elements in a clear and organized manner according to proposal RFQ/RFP specifications and existing design templates -Attend internal estimating and pursuit coordination meetings and review and analyze proposal requirements, deliverables and deadlines with the broader pursuit team. -Maintain a solid understanding of and assist with the RFP/RFQ documents and manage the output (via online portals, electronic copies and/or bound books) of the proposal process deliverables. -Collaborate with Business Development and Marketing teams to develop interview and other pursuit-related presentation content and materials -Work with Marketing Managers and cross-functional team members to support planning and coordination of conferences, tradeshows, and other external events -Assist with Digital Marketing updates on the company intranet, website, and social media channels -Consult with and interview operations/technical and other cross-functional teams and author content for proposal responses and marketing collateral (including project sheets, team member resumes, etc.) -Assist with the development and maintenance of standard proposal inputs, variable by clients, sector, region, etc., and inclusive of copy, imagery, and other assets . -Develop and edit compelling proposal material and work with business development and technical staff to identify ongoing edits and new content required throughout the development process - ensuring content quality and adherence to compliance and other organizational standards -Collaborate with the Marketing and Business Development teams to support and prioritize multiple assignments with variable deadlines.

Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus. -Effective graphic and page layout sensibilities -Experience working in a similar capacity at an A/E/C firm or comparable industry/organization within similar professional services setting -Excel at working autonomously and in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment -Day-to-day working proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, and Microsoft Office Suite -Strong editing, writing, and communication skills -Ability to collaborate effectively with senior and technical staff members to accomplish proposal deadlines -Bachelor’s degree preferably in Marketing, Communications, or related field -Excellent document, time, and prioritization management skills

Benefits

The base salary on offer for this position is $70,000 plus healthcare, 401k and annual bonus.
