The Role

Assist senior PMs and manage T&D projects, handling contracts, schedules, and budgets.

Tasks
-Ensure proper closeout of all project and contract documentation. -Support engineering disciplines and global practice teams in the execution of Design-only and/or Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) projects. -Monitor contractor compliance with quality assurance, safety, environmental standards, and material management protocols. -Contribute to project controls efforts, including cost reporting, scheduling, work breakdown structure (WBS) development, project setup and closeout in accounting systems, and field progress tracking. -Adhere to Burns & McDonnell’s safety programs, trainings, and policies, as well as promote and manage the Safety & Health performance of project team members and subcontractors. -Administer contract execution, including change order management, field change directives, invoice approvals, and schedule oversight. -Prepare and maintain internal and external reports, including budget analyses, cost forecasts, cash flow projections, and project status updates for stakeholders. -Participate in project risk reviews and coordinate with the Legal Department as necessary. -Manage contractor submittals, requests for information (RFIs), supplemental design instructions, and site drawing logs. -Assist in the development of Request for Proposal (RFP) packages, bid / proposal responses, manage the bid and selection process, and contribute to the creation of detailed scopes of work for downstream contracts.

What You Bring
-Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced, high-demand environment, including flexibility to work overtime when required. -Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with Primavera Contract Manager or similar change management software is preferred. -Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field from an accredited institution. -Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. -Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities. -Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams, including clients, contractors, engineers, and designers. -Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in project management or coordination.
