Tasks

As a Junior IT Support Analyst, you’ll be the go-to person for resolving user issues, building and configuring devices, and ensuring our IT systems run efficiently. You’ll work closely with the wider IT team to deliver high-quality support across the Clarke Group, while gaining hands-on experience with hardware, software, and network infrastructure. -Uphold Health, Safety, Environmental, and Quality standards in all work -Update and maintain the IT asset register -Manage new starter setups and leaver procedures -Support IT equipment purchasing during staff holidays -Provide responsive support to users via phone, email, and in person -Assist with LAN, WAN, and VPN connectivity troubleshooting -Build, configure, and test workstations, laptops, and mobile devices -Ensure backups of laptops, desktops, and personal folders are maintained -Maintain and deploy Group Standard Operating Environments using Windows Deployment Server -Diagnose and resolve desktop and laptop issues, including off-site repairs -Document IT processes and user guides clearly and accurately -Support remote users with mobile connectivity and VPN access -Keep workspaces clean, organised, and secure -Administer and repair mobile communication devices

What You Bring

Are you a tech-savvy problem solver with a passion for helping people and keeping systems running smoothly? This role offers a unique blend of technical challenge, user interaction, and international exposure—perfect for someone eager to grow in a fast-paced environment. -Minimum 2 years’ experience on an IT Helpdesk with strong customer service focus -Excellent attention to detail and time management -Microsoft certification (e.g., MTA, MCP, or equivalent) -Ability to stay calm and effective under pressure -Willingness to take initiative and responsibility -Logical problem-solving and decision-making skills -Familiarity with Microsoft products and PC hardware setup -Understanding of PC builds, rebuilds, and configuration -Strong communication skills—clear, helpful, and user-friendly -Degree in IT or a closely related subject
