Tasks

-Contribute to the development of the overall maintenance budget and ensure compliance at the property -Monitor inventory of materials and equipment and replenish as needed -Oversee maintenance staff, prepare weekly maintenance schedules, and allocate work to appropriate team members -Inspect facilities periodically to determine problems and necessary maintenance -Coordinate, schedule, and perform preventative maintenance on equipment and units -Coordinate and schedule appropriate safety and skills training for maintenance employees

What You Bring

-Must have a valid driver’s license -300+ units and 3 + years experience as a Maintenance Supervisor or related role -Prolonged periods of sitting, standing, and walking throughout the workday -Must be able to lift and / or move up to 50 pounds -Must be able to work indoors / outdoors or in extreme weather conditions -Must be able to work weekends and/or evenings on a rotating schedule -HVAC and EPA certified -High School Diploma or Equivalent required -Customer service experience -Must be flexible and dependable -Push, pull, bend, stoop, squat, kneel, climb stairs, and reach above shoulders
