What You Bring

-Ability to lead teams and drive successful outcomes for clients across sectors. -Experience in preparing Statements of Environmental Effects, Environmental Impact Statements, and Planning Proposals. -Detailed knowledge of the State Significant Development process. -REAP qualified or nearing 10 years’ experience working on major projects. -Demonstrated experience providing planning due diligence advice and approvals pathway strategies. -Deep experience working alongside the Department of Planning, Housing & Infrastructure -A sophisticated governance framework underpinning business operations. -Exposure and participation in management, Executive Leadership Team (ELT) and Advisory Board strategy discussions. -Demonstrated commercial understanding and ability in working in private practice -Strong commercial awareness and the ability to independently execute business development strategies. -Qualifications in town planning or a related discipline. -Proven ability to thrive managing complex planning projects and coordinating various sub-consultants. -Strong understanding of current NSW Planning legislation and recent reforms. -Proven experience managing a small, professional team
