Tasks

-Assisting with the preparation of financial statements, reports, and management accounts. -Creating, sending, and tracking invoices; processing payments to vendors; and preparing checks. -Processing and entering invoices, reconciling supplier statements, and processing suppliers. -Providing general support to the finance team, performing audits, reporting discrepancies and ensuring compliance with tax and other regulations. -Process approved purchase requisitions and assist with maintaining purchase order administration.

What You Bring

We are supporting a fantastic client based in Stockport looking for an experienced Finance Assistant with all round experience and some experience within Purchase Ledger to join their Finance Team. -Purchase Ledger/expense management experience. -AAT L2 qualified. -Comfortable working as part of a busy fast paced team. -Confident with Microsoft Office. -Previous experience as a Finance Assistant/Finance Administrator.
