Assist small tools manager with inventory, deliveries, maintenance, and customer service.

Tasks
-Coordinates delivery of materials and tools to the field in a cost effective and efficient manner to meet project schedules. -Communicates daily with manager and maintains records and invoices on parts to assist in the proper coordination of construction schedules. -While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear. -The employee frequently is required to stand, walk, sit and use hands to operate a computer keyboard. -Perform periodic maintenance on small tools equipment to ensure tools are in good operating order before delivery to jobs. -Facilitate a safety first attitude in all work to ensure Company safety standards are met. -Coordinate mechanical support for the field when necessary to mitigate potential down time of small tools equipment. -Maintains inventory levels, orders materials and performs all shipping and receiving functions to ensure stock levels meet business demands in a cost effective manner. -Depending on location provide pick-up and delivery service of tools and supplies and inspect all vehicles to ensure timely and safe delivery. -Develop and maintain good relationships with Granite suppliers to ensure timely and accurate receipt of goods.

What You Bring
-General understanding of parts, inventory, ordering, and construction. -The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 80 pounds. -THIS IS A SAFETY-SENSITIVE POSITION SUBJECT TO DRUG AND ALCOHOL TESTING REQUIREMENTS, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO PRE-EMPLOYMENT AND RANDOM TESTING. -Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, and ability to adjust focus. -The employee is occasionally required to reach with hands and arms. -High School Diploma. -Ability to abide by Granite’s code of conduct on a daily basis -Must be detail oriented. -Must be mechanically inclined. -0-3 years progressive experience in small tools environment preferred
