Tasks

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of QHSE activities, including incident reports, inspection findings, corrective actions, and training records. Prepare and distribute QHSE performance reports and metrics to management and relevant stakeholders. identify opportunities for improvement. Assist in conducting risk assessments and job hazard analyses to identify potential workplace hazards and mitigate risks. Support initiatives to reduce waste, conserve resources, and promote environmental sustainability. Facilitate safety training sessions and toolbox talks to promote awareness and compliance with safety policies and procedures. Assist in the preparation of documentation for QHSE certifications and regulatory submissions. Conduct regular quality inspections and audits to identify non-conformities, deviations, and areas for improvement. The QHSE Coordinator is responsible for assisting in the development, implementation, and maintenance of QHSE management systems to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards. Uphold company values throughout business practices and utilise sound judgment in decision making. Assist in the development and maintenance of environmental management systems to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and minimize environmental impact. Support the implementation of occupational health and safety programs and initiatives to promote a safe and healthy work environment. Participate in QHSE management reviews to evaluate the effectiveness of existing systems and Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement initiatives to enhance QHSE performance and drive continuous improvement. Stay informed about changes in QHSE regulations, standards, and best practices, and recommend updates to policies and procedures as necessary. Assist in the development and implementation of quality assurance procedures to ensure products and services meet established standards and customer requirements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address quality issues, implement corrective actions, and prevent recurrence. Participate in environmental audits and inspections to assess compliance with environmental regulations and company standards.

What You Bring

Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment. Bachelor's degree in Quality Management, Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, or related field. Relevant certifications (e.g., ISO 9001 Lead Auditor, NEBOSH, ISO 14001) preferred.
