Tasks

-Present data-driven insights and recommendations to senior leadership to inform strategic business decisions -Prepare regular status reports and provide updates to executive leadership on key projects, analytics initiatives, and achievements -Drive overall organizational Business Intelligence transformation; transitioning from the current tool, building out an adoption plan for the new tool, and establishing a formal training plan for the new tool -Develop and implement a comprehensive BI strategy that aligns with corporate goals and priorities. -Help to establish data governance standards to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and security across reporting and analytics platforms -Review reporting and data requests that come in, determine the best tool & team to support requests -Oversee the design, development, and deployment of advanced data analytics and reporting solutions across the company

What You Bring

-Capacity to understand the business on a holistic level, ranging from corporate functions to operations -Hands-on experience with Cloud Data Platforms especially Snowflake -Familiarity in BI systems, specially PowerBI, QLIK and SAP Business Objects -Strategic and analytical mindset with strong business acumen. -Willing to learn new systems and applications -Ability to interface effectively with multiple departments and senior management -Logical and efficient, with keen attention to detail -Demonstrated analytical, leadership, and interpersonal skills -Working knowledge of homebuilding operations and reporting -Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Data Science, Computer Science, or related field -Ability to translate complex data insights into clear, actionable recommendations. -Minimum 10 years of relevant work experience -Familiarity with Coalesce Transform and Catalog -Workable knowledge in data structures and architecture -Great at multi-tasking with strong time-management skills -Excellent communication skills and experience translating business language to technical requirements -Advanced proficiency in SQL -Strong background in data visualization, reporting, and advanced analytics
