Tasks

-Use specific methods to observe site activities, perform tasks and give the interpretation of results -Attend project meetings alone, without supervision, and communicate effectively with client and project teams -Utilize, read and interpret plans, drawings, specifications, and diagrams

What You Bring

-Ability to kneel and squat occasionally -Must be able to work off shift and overtime as needed -Ability to receive detailed information through oral communication, (hearing) and to make the discriminations in sound. -AWCI EIFS inspector; UL or FM firestop examination -ACI: Concrete Field Testing Technician Grade 1; -NICET II (geotechnical or construction, or construction material testing or soils); -High School Diploma or equivalent -Valid driver’s license and reliable driving record -Ability to work outdoors in adverse weather conditions (hot and cold) -Ability to climb occasionally -Must possess at least one of the following certifications: -TXAPA Certifications (Level 1B HMA Roadway Specialist, Level 1A HMA Plant Production Specialist, etc.) -Ability to walk and stand for long periods of time -Ability to lift, move, push and pull 30 to 50 pounds frequently. Occasionally, over 50 pounds with assistance.
