Overview

Prepare and process monthly payroll for EnerMech locations in UAE, Qatar, KSA, Bahrain and contractors.

Tasks

-Responsible for the preparation and processing of monthly payroll for EnerMech FZE, UAE, Qatar, KSA, Bahrain and Temporary Contractors. (Manually) -Validating approved timesheets and expense claims submitted by the employees -Ensure that all Quality and operational procedures as identified in EnerMech QA Manuals are adhered to at all times -Apply EnerMech Group and , where appropriate Client's Health, Safety &Environment Policies and Procedures -Coordinate with HR and validate each employee contract to ensure current payments are in accordance with the signed Contracts -Updating and maintaining payroll records and providing inputs to ADP -Sending payslips to each employee for their record. (Manually) -Prepare payroll coding reports for the management -Responding to payroll related inquiries and resolving concerns -Maintain and embrace ownership of departmental policies and procedures -Apply payments in HSBC Online Platform (Bank Transfer and WPS Payment)

What You Bring

-2-3 years of experience in Payroll or a related field -Ability to work individually and to adhere to deadlines -2 years of experience in Payroll or a related field -Problem-solving ability, analytical and numeracy skills -Understanding of payroll processes -Excellent in Microsoft Excel/Word -Good communication -High School Diploma or bachelor's degree in accounting/business/finance or a related field -High level of accuracy and attention to detail
