Tasks

-Key point of contact for Facilities within the client’s portfolio. -Implement building procedures and performance measures and ensure they are maintained at all times. -Coordination of facilities management as delegated by the Facilities Manager. -Ensure that difficulties on site are resolved promptly with minimum disruption to business as usual activities and to the agreed program.

What You Bring

-Knowledge or exposure to building/facilities management would be advantageous although not essential. -Possess some exposure to building services maintenance & facilities management. -24/7 emergency call support and site attendance is required. -Ability to deal with a variety of issues concurrently, within tight operational deadlines. -Must be an Australian Citizen. -Proactive with a keen eye for detail and the ability to balance multiple priorities. -Ability to work with minimal supervision and grasp new concepts.
