Tasks

-Collaborate with project teams to proactively identify safety risks and mitigate hazards. -Maintain documentation and reporting related to safety performance, incidents, and compliance. -Deliver safety training and orientation for all employees, subcontractors, and new hires. -Conduct regular safety audits, inspections, and risk assessments across all active job sites. -Promote a safety-first culture across all levels of the organization. -Develop and manage safety programs in accordance with federal, state, and local regulations (e.g., OSHA). -Lead incident investigations, report findings, and implement corrective actions.

-Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. -First Aid/\CPR certified -In-depth knowledge of construction safety regulations and best practices. -Ability to travel between job sites as needed. -CSP, CHST, or OSHA 30/510 certification -Minimum 5 years of safety experience in commercial construction.
