Tasks

-Ensure compliance with project budgets and schedules; -Contribute to business development for the department; -Maintain effective and constructive relationships with clients within your responsibilities; -Lead and/or participate in preparing service proposals (strategy, work plan, client meetings, budget, etc.); -Lead and/or participate in environmental permit and authorization applications; -Lead and/or participate in environmental impact studies and related studies within a multidisciplinary team; -Act as a mentor to colleagues.

What You Bring

-PMP (Project Management Professional) certification or ability to obtain CAPM (Certified Associate in Project Management) certification within six months is a condition of employment if you are not currently PMP certified; -Ability to work in a team and manage projects; -Excellent command of French, both written and spoken; -Bachelor’s degree in an environment-related field (Master’s degree is an asset); -French-English bilingualism* is an asset. -10 years of relevant experience in the environmental field; -Strong knowledge of provincial and federal environmental legislation; -Excellent writing, analytical, and synthesis skills; -This position requires knowledge of another language besides French, namely English, as you will be part of a Canadian, global, or regional management team and will need to collaborate with colleagues outside Quebec.
