Drive sales growth, manage agents, and expand market for Raypak Pool division in AR, OK, LA, MS.

Tasks
-Prospects and qualifies new company agents and aftermarket customers as required in collaboration with Divisional management. -Support all Division policies, programs, and control procedures -Meets and exceeds established sales quotas, and performance goals. -Drive demand through focus on pool professionals and dealers -Represents the company at trade shows and trade association meetings & distributor open house functions to promote products. -Communicate and support the company's position in relation to competitive products, quality, sales tactics and pricing. -Meets with key decision makers quarterly. -Work closely with Sales, Marketing and Customer Service organization to present a common "face" to the customer and continuously recognize new sales opportunities. -Assists other departments within the organization to prepare manuals and technical publications. -Works with, assists, and directs company agents assigned within respective territory to maximize divisional growth and broaden product awareness. -Analyzes sales statistics to assist dealers/distributors in promoting sales. -Calls on current and prospective channel partners, OEM’s, dealers and builders to grow existing business. -Coordinates liaison between customer service department, technical service, engineering, and other departments as appropriate. -Displays or demonstrates product, using samples or catalog, and emphasizes salable features. -Serve as the major vehicle of communication between the customer and the Company. -Assists Wholesale Management personnel in the planning and implementation of strategies to -Reviews market analyses to determine customer needs, volume potential, price schedules, and develops sales campaigns to accommodate the goals of the company. -Learns and understand customer’s long and short-term goals and objectives. -Develops and implements an annual sales & marketing plan(s) for the territory, including sales strategy, to maximize the return from the territories assigned accounts/geographic area. -Works closely with the transaction department to resolve disputes and lower transaction costs. -Formulates sales plans, which incorporates a marketing strategy with regard to target market segment within a specific geographic area. -Maintains plans for all channel partners. -Develops and maintains a comprehensive list and profile of current and prospective key accounts and contacts (direct and indirect – sales pipeline). -Promote the sales of products and supplies. -Advises dealers and distributors concerning sales & marketing, advertising techniques and campaigns rolled out by Raypak, Inc. -Prepares progress reports, itinerary(s), call reports, and expense reports in a timely manner and submits to Raypak, Inc.. -Provides training for dealer and distributor sales representatives. -Analyzes market potential of assigned product sales, -Selling applied technology for residential and commercial solutions -Grow sales and service network within your territory, including identifying and onboarding trusted warranty stations -Analyzes and controls expenditures of the assigned territory to conform to budgetary requirements. -Drive market share growth in your territory.

What You Bring
-Adheres to Raypak, Inc. “Playbook”. -5 years in Field sales experience in a business to business environment or another sales channel. -Clear understanding of demand generation principals in your division -Demonstrated success with dealer network expansion -Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field preferred
