Tasks

As a senior member of the Technology Solutions team, this Business Partnering role will see you lead the design and delivery of innovative technology solutions that meet client needs and contractual obligations. You’ll manage solution architecture, onboarding new customers, system enhancements, and collaborate with vendors and global teams to deliver end-to-end solutions. -Stay ahead of industry trends and recommend innovations -Lead solution design across CRM, BI, mobile, and integration technologies -Manage SDLC and contribute to continuous improvement -Collaborate with internal/external stakeholders to ensure fit-for-purpose outcomes -Oversee project delivery and change management

What You Bring

We’re seeking a seasoned Technology Solutions Lead to join our high-performing team and help shape the future of our technology landscape. This role can work from either of our corporate office locations in Macquarie Park, NSW or Melbourne CBD. -7+ years in solution design, project delivery, and technology implementation -Experience with Asset or Field Service Management technologies -Certifications in Project Management, Agile, or TOGAF -Strong technical background in programming, databases, and architecture -Familiarity with Jira, CI/CD, DevOps, and integration patterns -Tertiary qualifications in IT or Business -Industry experience in outsourcing or industrial services -Experience in BI/Analytics, consulting, or pre-sales engineering -Commercial mindset and stakeholder engagement skills -Tertiary qualifications in a business or IT related discipline
